There are also studies that show fluoride’s ability to promote and increase iodine deficiency. Other than that, fluoride is an endocrine disruptor and can also affect your bones, brain, blood sugar level, and pineal gland. Vegetable oils like canola, corn oil, sunflower oil, soybean, and rice bran oil are very high in polyunsaturated fats. It promotes and causes hypothyroidism on many levels.
